Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our video lectures and educational Q-banks, **all sales are final**. Once access to the digital content has been provisioned, we do not issue refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or adjustments are evaluated solely on a case-by-case basis under conditions such as:

• A technical glitch causing a duplicate charge for a single transaction.
• Complete failure to provision account access following verified payment completion.
